My hosting plan recently came up for renewal and they wanted an extraordinary amount of money to keep the two websites I manage online (I manage my partner’s site too). So I shopped around and found a much better deal!
That deal also gave me more space and more flexibility with the sites. The plan was to import the existing sites then tinker with them a bit, but I got carried away as I do and decided to just build new ones. I was so impressed with all the new templates and features I had access to that I just couldn’t help myself!
Now the downside is I have lost all the content, but let’s be honest here, I haven’t been very active on my website in the last few months. I haven’t been very active in my business in the last few months truth be told. I have had a lot of stress recently and something had to take a back seat, but I realise now that letting something I love take a back seat the way I did only added to my stress.
I love my business, I love my team and I genuinely enjoy helping people. My team are like my best friends and I get so much support from them that letting my business take a back seat, meant doing the same to my support network – not the brightest move!
So I have spent yesterday and today working on the new site, new branding and new ideas and I am very happy with how things are progressing. There is still some pages to be completed on the site and I will get these done over the next few days, but I hope you all agree it is shaping up pretty well.
This will also be my first week back at team trainings for a while. I attended my first one this morning, and I already feel so much better for it! I have got my energy back and I cant wait to hit the ground running again.
Coincidentally there have also been some amazing new products announced over this weekend which has added another level of excitement. I am particularly happy to report that we now have candles that smell just like your favourite fragrances! It’s a limited range at the moment, but I predict they will be expanding it very soon.
